1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and AGSJ TRADING, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our paper-plane puzzle game (the “Game”) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game or website.
If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.
2. Licence to use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Game;
- modify or create derivative works from the Game;
- reverse engineer or bypass technical protections, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use the Game or website unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
3. Current features
The current Game is free, works offline, and does not offer accounts, advertising, or in-app purchases. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the Game, changing devices, or device failure may permanently remove that data.
4. Ownership
The Game, website, visual materials, text, software, and related intellectual property are owned by AGSJ TRADING or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
5. App stores and third-party services
If you obtain the Game through Google Play or another authorised distributor, that platform’s terms may also apply. We are not responsible for services controlled by third parties.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or website. We do not promise that either will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGSJ TRADING will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of locally stored game progress, arising from use or inability to use the Game or website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
10. Changes and contact
